Prerequisites
To install and run Office 2013 Language Pack Service Pack 1 (SP1), you need the following:
Microsoft Office 2013 with any edition or language pack installed
Microsoft Office 2013 Language Pack Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Language packs are always installed for all languages for the user's operating system.
Any edition of Office 2013 is supported in this service pack.
This service pack includes the May 2014 language pack, with the following updates: Arabic, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovene, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. (Japanese and Korean language packs were available for download separately, but they are now included with this service pack.)
Language packs are available for download from Microsoft’s site for all editions of Office 2013. Language packs for Office 2013 are also available for download from the Office 365 portal. Office 365 has more languages than the current and previous version of Office. For details, see Office 365 deployment.

Important notes
Do not use this service pack with Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. This service pack is not supported on these platforms.
This service pack is available for download via Windows Update, so it will be automatically installed. To disable automatic updates of this service pack, see the next section.
